In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your goods, please email us within 24 hours of receipt of your item.

We accept returns subject to the following conditions:

No returned stock will be accepted without the prior consent of Dmh Supplies and provision of a valid Dmh returns note number.

Items must be returned in the condition that they were received, within ten working days of delivery. There is a 20% handling charge, with a minimum £25.00.

Returns for stock ordered incorrectly will incur a 10% restocking charge if a replacement order is received against the returns request.

Items must be used for the purpose for which they were intended. Dmh Supplies inspect all returns and reserve the right to refuse refund should it be deemed that the product has been misused.

We are unable to accept the return of non-stock items, assemblies made to order and special-order goods.
